In Aguamar, the interest in quality is part of our DNA; for that reason we have created an almost magical work system that helps us to know the wishes of our clients improving our day to day work; it allows us to give the best of ourselves with a single purpose: that our guests feel satisfied.


We believe that life is beautiful and you have to enjoy it fully. We also believe that having a vacation is as important as being able to dream. We contribute with our Little grain of sand to improve the lives of people and take care of this little part of the planet, Tenerife, where we have the great luck of living.


For all this we acquire the following commitments:


- Offer the clients an adequate service so they he can enjoy a pleasant stay among us wishing to repeat his experience.

- Involve our personnel in the Quality Management System by involving them in the analysis of results and subsequent search for solutions

- Offer information and training to staff for optimal performance of their professional activities

- Maintain teamwork increasing the efficiency of employees in all areas and levels

- Continuous improvement of our work processes in order to reduce costs caused by lack of foresight or errors in our organization

- Have initiatives and be receptive to collaborate with NGOs of our environment

- Collaborate in the preservation of the environment through actions that contribute to reduce the environmental impact

- Comply with all current legislation that applies to us

- Address the commitments acquired with our collaborators and prioritize the long-term collaboration relations

- Continuously improve our Quality Management System.

 

Our Quality System covers all services belonging to the Accommodation and Catering activities and excludes the requirements related to Design (Section 8.3 of ISO 9001)
